Comments is now live across Azzuu. Pin feedback to an exact point on a template or clip, reply and react in place, tag people in, and track open and unresolved comments on your templates. No more feedback scattered across email, Slack and screenshots.
Today we announce the launch of Comments, a built-in feedback and collaboration feature now available across the platform. Comments replaces the usual round of screenshots, sharing draft links, email threads or separate chat messages with feedback that lives directly on the template you’re using itself, pinned to the exact point it's about.
How it works
Pin feedback to a precise point. A dedicated Add Comment control drops a pin exactly where feedback applies on a template in the design canvas, or a clip in the video editor timeline with timestamps.
Reply, react, resolve. Conversations happen in place on your graphics. Reply to build a thread, react to acknowledge feedback without writing a reply, and resolve a comment once it's actioned, visible on the canvas at a glance, and easy to reopen if more work's needed.
Tag people in. Mention a specific person by name to pull them into the conversation; they're notified by email and on the platform so nothing gets missed.
Know who said what, and when. Every comment carries a timestamp and a colour-coded avatar for the person who left it.
See what needs attention. A badge on the darft shows at a glance which templates have open comments waiting.
Nothing gets lost. Adding a comment automatically saves a draft of the work in progress.
Permissions. Comment visibility respects each project's existing access controls, so people only see what they're already able to see.
Comments is live now across Azzuu's design canvas and video editor, with no separate setup required. Use the shortcut 'C' to add a comment or use the 'Add comment' button situated in the bottom right hand corner of your editor.
